Food Log 1/28

5am cereal w/skim, coffee w/skim
9am apple
11am ham/cheese sandwich on wheat, baked ruffles, yogurt
5pm butternut squash
9pm grapes, glass white wine

This day was crazy so I ate weird. I need to take time this weekend to plan out our meals for next week so we have norm dinners, etc. Welcome to the real world!

Food Log 1/12

It's been exactly a month since I've logged anything therefore I didn't make any progress. A food log will force awareness and hopefully inspire changes. Or I'll just keep getting laughed at-who knows.

2 p raisin toast (300)

8am
apple (90)

12pm
ham & cheese sammie, crackers & lime chips (800-oops)

green tea

5:30
gatorade at soccer game

8pm
cereal

9pm
wine (200)

Total calories = about 1900, total nutrition = what?
